BMT Transport Carts – The universal system for in-house transport
The BMT transport carts are the ideal helpers for in-house transport. All transport carts impress with an extremely solid construction and are therefore geared towards durability. In addition to our standard products, we also offer customer-specific solutions. Thanks to the innovative clamping system and the construction with 1 inch tubes, the dimensions of all transport carts can be easily varied by simply using shorter or longer 1 inch tubes. Custom-made products are therefore often possible at no extra charge compared to the standard product.

The innovative clamping system
Components
The basis of the clamping system is always 3 components - pipe holders, grub screws and 1 inch pipes. The grub screws are screwed into the pre-assembled nuts of the lasered tube holders. Then the 1 inch pipe is pushed through the pipe holder and fixed by tightening the grub screws.
High flexibility
The 1 inch pipes can be fixed at any point. In practice, this results in a high degree of flexibility, since the transport carts can be individually adjusted in height and length. With shorter or longer 1 inch tubes you can vary according to your needs.
High stability
When tightening the grub screw, it drills with the clamping ring into the 1 inch tube. In combination with the other clamps, this leads to a very solid steel base frame that is in no way inferior to a welded construction in terms of stability. The clamping system thus combines stability with flexibility.
