The complete package from a single source
The stable system of BMT tire racks is ideally suited for large tire rack systems with a height of up to 9 levels. We offer you the complete package from a single source – from planning in 3D to on-site assembly. Depending on your needs, we can equip your racking system with stairs, elevators, push railings and intermediate floors. We use OSB panels or solid multiplex plates as the intermediate floor.
Planning in 3D using CAD
On request, we will be happy to create a free plan for the optimal utilization of your hall using 3D CAD. We adapt your racking system optimally to your structural conditions and your internal processes.
Multi-storey tire rack systems
Here you can see a section of a 2-storey tire rack system. The basis is 2 storeys of tire racks with 3 levels each. Overall, this racking system has a height of 6 levels. Robust multiplex plates with a thickness of 18 mm were installed as the intermediate floor. A high-quality aluminum staircase was integrated as an ascent. In addition, a push railing was installed, which serves as a transfer point for the tires on the upper floor.
Tip: As a cost-effective solution for operating the upper floor of a 2-storey racking system, we recommend a push railing in connection with a high-lift truck.
