Robust steel base frame

The steel base frame consists of 1 inch or 3/4 inch pipes and lasered square pipes, which are screwed together with the innovative clamp. All components are completely galvanized and therefore designed for durability.

Solid multiplex Plates

Solid multiplex plates in 18 mm or 12 mm thickness are used as loading areas. When assembling, you can choose whether you want to align the rough or smooth surface upwards. In addition, the levels are infinitely height-adjustable.

High quality castors

Only high-quality elastic solid rubber castors with ball bearings are installed. The soft mixture ensures very low starting and rolling resistance. You will be amazed at how little effort you can move the BMT shelf cart.

Optional accessories

Forklift guides

Forklift guides are available as accessories. The forklift guides fit all BMT shelf carts with a load capacity of 800 kg and 1200 kg (not suitable for BMT shelf carts 400 kg).

The 4 brackets per cart can be mounted on the lowest or middle level of the shelf cart. The maximum permissible total weight when lifting the shelf cart is 800 kg.

Individual shelf carts

Custom-made products available at no extra charge

Thanks to the innovative clamping system, your individual shelf cart can be manufactured with very little additional effort. The dimensions can be varied as desired using shorter or longer pipes.

Custom-made products are often possible at no extra charge. If you need the shelf cart at a different height, we can usually do this for you free of extra charge. Please feel free to ask us about your individual shelf cart.

Aircraft maintenance Airbus A380

The BMT shelf carts are used in the aircraft maintenance of the Airbus A380. The primary decisive point for the airline was the height-adjustable levels. This means that the levels can always be adapted to the aircraft parts currently to be serviced. A large number of BMT shelf carts were procured as custom-made products with loading areas measuring 1200 x 1200 mm (standard: 1200 x 800 mm).
